Accessibility Statement

Order Call AI, a d/b/a of Celestial Import LLC · Effective July 18, 2026 · Last updated July 18, 2026

Order Call AI, a d/b/a of Celestial Import LLC is committed to making both our website and the phone experience usable by everyone. This statement says where we actually stand, including where we fall short.

Conformance target

Our target for this website is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We consider the site partially conformant: it has been built against those criteria but has not been audited by an independent third party, so we cannot claim full conformance.

Voice as an accessible channel

Ordering by phone is itself an accessible path. A guest who finds app or web ordering difficult — someone with a visual impairment, limited literacy, motor difficulties, or simply no smartphone — can place a complete order by speaking, with no app and no account.

Relay and TRS calls

Calls placed through 711 or another telecommunications relay service arrive with long pauses while a human operator relays each turn. An assistant with aggressive silence timeouts hangs up on those callers, which is a denial of service to deaf and hard-of-hearing guests.

Current state: a caller can ask for a person at any point and be transferred to restaurant staff. Extended timeout handling tuned specifically for relay calls, and a text-based ordering path, are on our roadmap and not yet built.

Language

The assistant works in English and Spanish and follows the caller when they switch language mid-call, at no additional charge. Our panel and this website are currently English only; Spanish versions are planned.

Known gaps

  • No independent accessibility audit has been carried out.
  • Relay-specific timeout handling is not yet implemented.
  • No text-based ordering alternative for guests who cannot use voice.
  • The panel and website are not yet available in Spanish.
